My Symptom Tracker became my secret weapon in managing my illness.
I'm a visual person and I wanted a symptom tracker to compare multiple symptoms with my activity levels, find my triggers, analyse and summarise my progress but something that didn't feel overwhelming - I couldn't find one and so I made my own! I hope it helps others like it's helped me.
The tracker can be used to monitor all illnesses - anything from covid symptoms for a few weeks, to mental health issues for a few months to longer term chronic illnesses.
